How hard is it to find nice accomodation near the beach? By nice I mean not broken down, it doesn't have to be one of those flats in high rise buildings, although it would be nice. And something within a reasonable price, for normal people not the extremely wealthy kind. How long can it take to find a good place? Does location matter a lot?

It is going to be a tough hunt for you as the beaches in Dubai have always been attracting lot of tourists from all over the world. The of wide range of recreational activities and water sports has made a beach holiday in Dubai a dream for rich of the world. The hotels near the beaches in Dubai are also well developed and are large in number so that they are able to accommodate the huge number of tourists.So getting a house near a beach won't be that easy.
