Are there gyms in Dubai?

Hi, Are there gyms in Dubai? I am interested in kata-box, v-box and sometimes doing weights. Is there also a running club which I could join.

Thank you for the information. I stay at international city and work in Mirdif. I found a gym in Uptown Mall. I wish there was one closer but I do not think so.
