I'm considering a move to Dubai for construction opportunities. But am getting conflicting reports off the news websites. Can anyone give me the 411 on what's actually happening with the building? I've heard of massive lay-offs, and work grinding to a halt. Is this true? What about all the cars at the airport?

Any info would be helpful!!
