Hi all,

I hope you can all help me get a REAL insight into Dubai and all it has to offer ...or not as the case may be. I am provisionally researching a programme idea about Brits in Dubai and am intrigued to know whether most people feel Dubai is still delivering the dream life or have things changed since it first came on the scene? Are you still content or are you planning to return to Britain?

For anyone who has visited Dubai as a tourist did it meet your expectations? What made you venture to Dubai? How did you find the cultural differences?

I'm really interested in individual stories so please feel free to share your experiences. It really would be much appreciated
