Do you require a fast thinking, experienced and savvy individual to be the back bone of day to day operations in your organisation? Someone who can work independently, communicate well and is super organised even when working from home? This describes just a few of my key strengths. I am currently looking for a part time or full time position as an Office Manager/PA. I can take charge of the following:
Managing the office operations. Diary management, travel itinerary, scheduling and event co-ordination. Dealing with any queries via phone, email and general correspondence. Set up systems and procedures as required. Manage procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture Invoice clients and manage accounts payable. Personal administration duties for directors Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects as required.
