Dress code for Night Clubs!

To enter a night club in Dubai, you are expected to wear decent clothes. Especially men have many restrictions. For men, Smart-casual club wear is recommended. To enter any of the many night clubs in Dubai you should wear shirts with collar, good quality jeans or proper trousers and proper shoes --- no shorts, no sandals, no sports shoes, no ripped jeans, no sports shoes/sneakers

For women almost anything goes , except for beach wear

. Also some night clubs only allow couples and single women - but no single men. Some night clubs like the Irish pubs etc are very relaxed as far as dress code for men is concerned.

Just don't wear flip-flops, slippers or shorts; basically anything goes - slacks with collared-shirt and dress shoes will do nicely.

That is the code that is required at all clubs all over the world.You got to present yourself well when you are moving out to the most hep places in the town.

Exactly. Doesn't everyone normally dress fairly well when heading out to a night club for the night? Most of the point is to meet someone of the opposite sex or have a good time, so I would think that it would be in your own benefit to look good.

Who wears sandals to a night club? Come on.

Yeah, I don't think the rules would be very strict except for the very posh places which I would probably never go to anyway as they are not as much fun. No single men is both a good and bad thing as you don't get jerks and perverts entering the club but it limits good people like myself, not that I would waste my time there anyway, but I'd like to be given the chance.

well, i think the dress code is okay. it is good that women should be dressed decently because they will be respected. and i think that it is not good to wear non decent clothes in Dubai.

What they expect is i think very simple and to be comfortable and enjoy the mood you should be dressed properly too.

Thank for that guys, it’s useful to know. I also think it’s good they expect you to dress decently when going out.
