Words of Wisdom

Hi everyone!

I just thought, that since we have so many wise, educated and interesting people on this forum, we could add some words of wisdom on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Something to think about, to ponder on, to react to, to comment on.

It can be your own personal words of wisdom or someone else. It doesn't really matter, as long as it is something that can be discussed.

So, here is mine for today:

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of
battle.
Live simply, Love generously, Care deeply, Speak kindly...... .Leave the
rest to God.

Hope to hear some comments on this.

But well, I am going to have the good faith and keep posting, hoping that at least these words will inspire.

missmanzoor, its a good one. where is not necessaily a good yardstick to measure to define one's being. would why you live or how you live suffice? which is better?

I would say how you live.
and then after that comes why you live.
