It is place where most rich celebrities have invested in real estate.There are certain areas which are very posh and of course too damn expensive

,and most of the Hollywood actors have got land there.

well i did not know that actors are also investing in dubai.But my dad told me that the property is quite expensive in dubai.

It is true that property prices in Dubai are sky high, that is the reason that ordinary people can't even think of going in for a piece of land over there.Only big shots can go ahead with the idea.

The economic forces in play pushes the price up. Factors include fast developmet pushing up demand though increasing supply too, booming economy as a result of successsful diversification and population growth due to expatriates.

Not necessarily celebrities. I don't know too many celebrities that have invested in dubai. But a lot of other business moguls have.

As far I am aware there is maximum number of celebrities who have invested in the most posh locals in Dubai, most of the Hollywood stars, to name a few,it is Brad Pit and Angelina Jolie, then Micheal Jackson has a luxurious flat over there,Indian icon Shah Rukh Khan also has recently bought a property there.

It is so nice you are so very pleased with the information, well though I don't know these celebrities personally.But I do happen to read about them.Yes of course they are stinking rich people and to satisfy their whim of being so rich they come up with newest of ideas.

well, i did not know that many hollywood celebrities are also interested in building houses and businesses in Dubai. That is really a benefit for Dubai.

Yes this kind of investment surely going to benefit this place in the sense that the property rates shoot up and lot of investors get attracted to places hunted by celebs.
